If index is created with autoupdate option, then search engine monitors the indexed documents and update index database when Integra is idle.
You can force an index refresh at any time: just select appropriate index in cataloguer and 1) press F5, 2) press 'Update' button in toolbar, 3) click right mouse button and select 'Refresh' menu item:
